Flask and turbine cable assemblies for submarine and torpedo systems had to be imported. The customer wanted an equivalent that could be made in India and would survive the same conditions.

What we did.
We reverse-engineered the flask and turbine cable assemblies used in submarine and torpedo systems and redesigned them for manufacture in India. CAD models let us adapt the design to local manufacturing while keeping it fit for use under water.
We also sourced the materials, planned the precision assembly and set up the quality checks: pressure testing, insulation resistance testing and durability cycling.
