Six positions we are hiring for now.

Every role is full-time at our works in Sus, Pune. Fresh graduates can apply for the engineering and technician roles. We look for people who can work from a drawing and see a job through.

Technical Manager – Electrical/Electronics

Supervise our electrical and electronic projects, production, assembly, testing and installation, and lead the engineers and technicians doing the work. Ex-servicemen preferred, with no upper age limit.

10–15 years of relevant experience

Electronics and Communication Engineer

Design, build and test embedded electronics for data acquisition, automation, defence and underwater systems: sensors, communication links, schematics, BOMs and PCB debugging.

Fresh graduates and candidates with up to one year of experience, or diploma holders with three to four years

Drone Engineer

Design, build and fly multirotor, fixed-wing and VTOL aircraft for government, defence and research customers, from concept and simulation to assembly and field tests.

0 to 3 years with drones. Freshers who have built and flown their own are welcome

Mechanical Engineer

Take enclosures, fixtures and assemblies from CAD to prototype to finished product, for drones, underwater systems, automation equipment and defence hardware.

Fresh graduates and candidates with up to one year of experience, or diploma holders with three to four years

Electronics Technician

Build the hardware we ship: assemble and wire products and control panels, solder through-hole and SMD parts, make cable harnesses and run functional tests to written procedures.

Diploma holders who are fresh graduates or have up to one year of experience, or ITI candidates with two to three years of experience

Mechanical Technician

Turn drawings into hardware on the shop floor: assembly and fitting, fabrication and finishing, dimensional inspection, and sealing underwater enclosures so they stay dry.
